At Plant People, we want you to feel as good as you look in our sustainable fashion. If your new pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email and a refund to your original payment method once we process the return.
